Who We Are
We are a culturally-diverse, outpatient treatment center providing personalized, chemical dependency programs in Brainerd, Minn.

Who We Help
We help adult men and women from all socio-economic levels with alcohol or drug addiction that live within Crow Wing County and the surrounding areas.

How We Help
Whole-person healing lies at the core of everything we do. Throughout the course of treatment, we address chemical dependency, anger management, personal relationships, family dynamics, depression, self-acceptance, relapse prevention and social skills development.

We help each person gain an understanding of his or her chemical addiction and identify barriers in his/her life that may have an impact on successfully maintaining long-term sobriety. Through a variety of program activities and by utilizing community resources, each person learns more effective ways to cope with chemical addiction.

Our professional staff works with each individual to create a program that best fits his or her unique needs and abilities. The length of the program is also based on each person’s progress and level of functioning. Our staff also works closely with a range of community resources to build a support system that promotes long-term recovery.

About Our Program
Treatment consists of a variety of therapeutic approaches and activities that help to educate each person in taking a proactive look at his/her chemical use. Our long-term goal is to provide the necessary tools, skills and coping strategies that will help each person lead a productive life free from alcohol and drugs.

• Motivational Interviewing Techniques
• Cognitive Skills Training
• 12-Step Principles
• Reality Therapy
• Family Systems Dynamics
• Relapse Prevention Models

We offer two levels of treatment intensity:
• High intensity which generally lasts 24 sessions, meeting 3 nights per week
• Low intensity which generally lasts 12 sessions, meeting 1 night per week
