Who We Are
We are a non-traditional, outpatient chemical health program focusing on the innate health of each individual, using alternative approaches.

Who We Help
We help men and women over the age of 18 with chemical and mental health issues, serving mostly residents of Washington and Dakota County in Minnesota. We are also open to anyone in need.

How We Help
We are unique in that we do not use a traditional 12-step approach but a more whole-person alternative. This model is effective for people who have been in treatment many times or for someone who is against a more “traditional” approach.

We focus on helping the mind, body and spirit of each individual. The core of our programs centers on healthy thought. Individuals learn how their thinking influences every aspect of their lives, including their chemical use and abuse.

By increasing self-esteem and decreasing negative behavior, every person learns new ways of thinking and the skills necessary to access their own inner health and wisdom. He or she regains a sense of personal power rather than powerlessness.

About Our Programs
A diverse, therapeutic approach is used, focusing on a model of health rather than a disease model. Individuals engage in a variety of activities where they realize they can have fun without the use of chemicals.

Activities include:
• Group Therapy
• Individual & Group Counseling
• Educational Films & Lectures
• Guest Speakers
• Social Activities
• Spiritual Counseling
• Family Education
• Concerned Person Conferences

We also provide:
• Medical & Psychological Consults
• Relapse Programs
