Who We Are
Avalon-Midway is a culturally-diverse, intensive outpatient chemical health treatment program for women, located on University Avenue in St. Paul, Minn.
Who We Help
We help women, ages 18-75, who have chemical dependency issues.
How We Help
We empower women to be everything they want to be. We focus on the healing of issues that keep women using, like current or past abuse, self-defeating behaviors, low self-esteem, shame, guilt, grief and loss.
We teach women how become stronger individuals by setting and maintaining healthy boundaries. Just as importantly, we teach women to show others how to treat them. Teaching positive self-worth is a key component to ensuring a positive outcome from future chemical abuse.
In essence, we let women be women. We don't judge, we nurture women to become healthy, happy, strong and centered.
