Who We Are
We are a multi-cultural outpatient substance abuse program located in beautiful Stillwater, Minn.

Who We Help
We provide chemical health services to males and females 18 years of age and older who reside within Stillwater and the surrounding areas of Minnesota and Wisconsin.

How We Help
We treat the whole person by integrating the mind, body and spirit. We offer flexible programming to fit each person’s needs. Each individual is involved in his or her treatment course from start to discharge and works hand-in-hand with our staff to develop the best treatment program for him or her.

To promote continuity of care, each person also works with the same case manager throughout his or her entire treatment process – developing a strong, personal relationship.

About Our Program
Avalon utilizes a step-down model, with individuals moving from high intensity to low intensity as their level of functioning improves. Those who have had previous treatment and have experienced a recent relapse participate in an accelerated program designed to address their specific needs. We also offer chemical health assessments, psychiatric and psychological consults as needed.

Our comprehensive, abstinence-based therapeutic approach draws from:
• 12 Step Principles
