Who We Are
Meadow Creek is a residential chemical health program for women, located on 80 acres of beautiful grasslands, trees and meadows in rural Minnesota – an idyllic setting for women to learn and grow.

Who We Help
Women ages 18 and older who either abuse chemicals or are chemically dependent. We serve all 87 counties in Minnesota and we specialize in individualized treatment for women with addictions as well as co-occurring disorders.

How We Help
We nurture and encourage every woman to reach for her goals – not ours. By focusing on each woman’s strengths, we use a customized treatment program that addresses the physical, emotional, and mental health issues of every woman.

Our licensed, compassionate staff has specialized knowledge and previous experience in addressing womens’ issues. They work hard to create a personalized program that best fits her needs, goals and strengths. From our cooks to our housekeepers to our nurses and counselors, everyone believes in each woman’s ability to make changes that will enhance her life.

Throughout Meadow Creek is an element of family togetherness, because that is what it is all about – together we can make a difference.
