Who We Are
Twin Town Treatment Center, with residential and outpatient programs, provides multiple levels of care for adult men in an urban setting. Within Twin Town we have a “boutique” program, Latitudes, that offers the same levels of care for the GLBT community.

Who We Help
Adult men aged 18 and older, who are experiencing chemical abuse or dependency problems.

How We Help
At Twin Town, men are coached in new ways of thinking to reduce their thoughts about chemicals or other self-injurious behaviors. We teach men about their innate mental health, gaining a sense of personal power, rather than powerlessness utilizing the Health Realization model.

Our counseling staff meets with each person frequently to talk about individual treatment plan progress and any changes that need to be made. We encourage each person to make choices, which creates a more meaningful and effective treatment experience. It also reduces the resistance and coercion felt by people who feel they have been forced into treatment.

About Our Programs
We are staffed for 24-hour licensed nursing care and utilize regular psychological and psychiatric services to help men with co-occurring psychiatric and/or medical conditions that do not require hospitalization. Methadone friendly programs.

Our services include:
• Primary residential
• Partial hospitalization
• Extended care
• High intensity outpatient
• Low intensity outpatient

Driving With Care
Driving With Care (DWC) is an outpatient program designed to change attitudes and behaviors of individuals convicted of offenses associated with alcohol and other drug intoxication while operating a motor vehicle. It is based on evidence based research work done by Kenneth Wanberg, Harvey Milkman and David Timken.

DWC therapy referrals are generally screened by the county using ASUDS screening tool and are referred with a recommended number of sessions. DWC is an interactive, relational and multi-model therapy that helps individuals develop approaches and strategies for responsible living
and change.
•DWC therapy meets one time per week for 2 hours.
•Length of treatment ranges from 66 to 110 hours.

Stand Alone Education
Twin Town also provides stand alone, self-pay cognitive skills training sessions for those that do not meet admission criteria for DWC therapy.

All sessions are lead by trained cognitive skills training experts.
• Level I - 6 weeks, 2 hours per session
• Level II - 12 weeks, 2 hours per session
