Turning Point, Inc. is an African American social services organization known for its holistic approach to counseling and treatment that has served the community since 1976.
In celebration of this 30-year milestone, we are expanding our reach to those who need it most via the Internet.
Our new website is designed to be easier, simpler and better to help in our next phase of growth and community support.

Turning Point provides services to the community to assist people in achieving wellness and to live a self-supportive lifestyle.
We do this by providing social services, public health programs and culturally-specific solutions to meet people's needs.
We work with other agencies while striving to develop self-sufficient programming, and we pursue our mission with a holistic approach to treatment, counseling and guidance.
What sets Turning Point apart from other agencies is the degree to which we fight so hard to save lives, and to care for African Americans and all people across the state of Minnesota.
